This website is operated by Neythkari, a handloom brand rooted in Chendamangalam, Kerala. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the following terms.

About our products

All Neythkari products are handwoven on traditional looms in Chendamangalam, Kerala. Because each piece is made by hand, minor variations in colour, texture, border alignment, and dimensions are inherent to the craft and are not defects. These variations are what distinguish a handloom piece from machine-made cloth.

Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but screen colour profiles vary. The actual kasavu gold may appear slightly warmer or cooler depending on your display. Natural dye batches can produce subtle shade differences between pieces from different production runs.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Razorpay, which supports credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Discounts and promotions

Promotional discounts and automatic discounts cannot be combined unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Email neythkarihandloom@gmail.com with your order number within that window. If eligible, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Once 24 hours have passed, or once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please follow the returns process instead.

Returns and refunds

Post-delivery returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy. In summary, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, return shipping is borne by the customer, and approved returns are settled as Neythkari Credits (store credit only). We do not issue cash refunds or reverse the original payment for post-delivery returns. The only exceptions are pre-dispatch cancellations described above, and orders cancelled by Neythkari due to stock or pricing errors, which are refunded to the original payment method.

Neythkari Credit

Store credit issued as Neythkari Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It holds no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Stock and pricing errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, the full amount paid is refunded to your original payment method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from orders placed on it are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
