Shipping Policy

We ship to all pin codes across India. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7 to 14 working days via India Post, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Delays and undelivered orders

Neythkari is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural events, strikes, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply before the order is resent.
